WTF: Experience Japan's Wine Bath

-- A Taste from TheInkFlowsLikeWine.com

So my little pic with the crazy asians in the wine bath up there? I always thought it was some weird photoshop job... Not true... This place exists, and it's even CRAZIER than just a wine bath... They also have a coffee, green tea, and sake bath among their 20 water themed attractions... Who's going to Japan with me to see it firsthand?

Amazing....

-- A Taste from TheInkFlowsLikeWine.com

When you wake up, see a shitty email that doesn't surprise you at all, immediately pushing your day into the black, the rain doesn't help either, then it's always a wonderful thing to log on and see something that makes you smile. This is what I needed: New Songs From Thom Yorke

How does he know?

Sasquatch Lineup Announced!

-- A Taste from TheInkFlowsLikeWine.com

The Sasquatch lineup has been announced and it's mind boggling...

While it doesn't have the big names of Coachella, it's got every indie band on the planet, and an overall lack of Ben Harper or Jack Johnson. Beautiful!

Check it out here

Tickets are here

See you all there!

LINK LUST: Lissie

-- A Taste from TheInkFlowsLikeWine.com

I stumbled upon this girl from a post at You Ain't No Picasso yesterday and I've been listening to her EP ever since. Lissie has some serious talent. Click here to download one of her songs. Lissie does sound a lot like Neko Case in some ways, but in other ways she's got her own thing going on and I'd love to hear how she does live... I highly recommend her EP "Why You Runnin" which came out last year...

-- A Taste from TheInkFlowsLikeWine.com

Ah the beginning of another month... that can only mean this insane experiment of mine, to do an EP a month for 2010, must now yield a result or I risk some type of embarrassment where I say something online and don't deliver... Cuz that never happens, right?

Luckily, I do have something to offer... Here's your January EP kids...

Abe Abeling

Visions of Plaid: Volume I
